What Size Companies Do You Work With?
Our customers generally range from 10 to 250 employees. We work with sole proprietors, and we've done work for larger corporations. Small to medium sized businesses are the norm, and our focus.

Do You Offer On-site and Remote Service?
If you are a local client, we do offer on-site service. If your business has sites located out of our local area, we can remotely support and if needed travel to the remote site. We do offer both remote and on-site support.

Are Service Agreements Available?
Yes! We have a few plans available for you to choose from. Our managed service clients benefit from considerable discounts on project work, consulting services, as well as receive priority support with a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

What Is Your On-site Service Area?
We are able to provide services for customers in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Group trainings as well as special consulting services for clients in other regions can also be arranged.

What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST/EDT, Monday through Friday.
